Hi foxys! This time last year I was working on my wedding dress. I made both my wedding dress and tulle skirt and also the tulle skirts for my bridesmaids and for my godmother, but at that time I didn’t had in mind this blog so unfortunately I didn’t take pictures of making off. But if you are interested in this kind of DIY, let me know, and I’ll make one. Keep on reading and you will find pictures with my dress and the skirts 🙂

Our wedding was not a traditional one, just like we wanted. Although our initial idea was to make the wedding on the beach, when I first saw the location, an old restored mansion with vintage accents and a vineyard, I immediately pictured a rustic wedding, with wild flowers, straw bales, wine and nature and on the spot we decided to change the concept from “beach wedding” to ” vineyard wedding”.

We arrived at the location a night before the wedding with some friends to relax and to enjoy the pace and quiet. Our wedding planner team was already thereto set up the decorations. We started our day with a coffee by the pool, swimming and just having fun and enjoying the beautiful day until noon when I started the make-up and hair. In the meantime the groom with his best men were having the photo session.

Our turn came to have some fun. We started in the vineyard , drinking wine, then we move by the pool to take some serious photos, not :)) and we ended up running on the filed.

While we changed in the outfits for the ceremony, the team Almira Events prepared the decor, with straw bales for the guests to sit and a beautiful arcade arranged with wild flowers. This was my white dress. I didn’t want something complicated, so I made it simple with a touch of vintage.

And this were the ceremony decorations

After the beautiful ceremony we had a little wine tasting in the wine cellar and then PARTY ON. We danced all night on the meadow under the clear sky. What happened after midnight it was something crazy so I will let the picture talk.

This was our unconventional wedding and for us was just perfect!
